What is League of Launchers?

A full-stack founder experience — from zero to MVP in 8 weeks. This isn't a workshop. This isn't a seminar. This is the real thing — Pakistan's premier AI Acceleration Bootcamp.

Pakistan's premier AI-focused acceleration bootcamp for students and young professionals.
Hybrid programme — join from anywhere in Pakistan, build with the best.
Run by Change Mechanics, the team behind Pakistan's fastest-growing innovation programmes.
Anchored at NIC Islamabad — the heart of Pakistan's startup ecosystem.
In 2025 we took 300+ applicants from 17 cities and turned 57 raw ideas into real startups. This year we're going bigger.
Past winners have pitched at NIC Islamabad Cohort 4, received Google Cloud credits, and built ventures solving national challenges.

Why join

Why League of Launchers hits different.

No fluff. No theory-only sessions. Every week ends with something built, scored, and reviewed.

A Team of Expert Trainers

Not a rotating cast of strangers. A curated team of S&P Global expert trainers — each leads their specialty, and each one briefs the next, so your journey stays continuous. You're known the whole way through. All 8 weeks.

Industry Hackathon Day

Solve actual problems from real companies. Get in the room with industry leaders before you graduate.

Performance-Tracked

Weekly assignments, attendance, dashboard submissions. We take commitment seriously.

No-Code & Vibe-Coding First

Never built with AI? Start here. We teach the no-code AI stack and vibe-coding workflow — by Week 5 you'll have a working MVP, and a polished one by Demo Day. Engineers welcome too.

Mentors Who've Done It

Founders, investors, and experts from Pakistan's top companies and global platforms.

Nationwide Community

A cohort of driven builders from across Pakistan. Your next co-founder is in this programme.

Real Credentials

Certificates, portfolio deliverables, and ecosystem visibility that actually mean something.

Post-Programme Pathways

Google Cloud credits, NIC Islamabad incubation, venture studio support, StartupDotPk media coverage.

Programme structure

8 weeks to launch-ready.

Every week is a level up. Here's what the journey looks like:

Week 1

Problem Discovery

Customer discovery, user personas, pain-point mapping. Dig deep into real problems.

Week 2

Market Validation

Get out of the building. Validate with real users before you build a single line of code.

Week 3

Solution Design & UX

Shape your solution. Build wireframes. Design for your actual user, not your assumptions.

Week 4

Technical Prototyping

Turn designs into a working prototype. Choose your stack. Start building.

Week 5

MVP Development

Sprint. Test. Iterate. Your Minimum Viable Product comes to life this week.

Week 6

Business Case

Numbers, market, motion. Prove the why behind the build.

Week 8 · Final

Demo Day · Islamabad

Present your MVP to investors, industry leaders, and ecosystem players. Winners announced.

Builder Score

Scored on what you build,
not how you pitch.

Every team gets a Builder Score — a transparent, evidence-based rating built up across five scored checkpoints during the bootcamp. AI-evaluated, mentor-reviewed, weighted by stage. This is what sponsors see.

01
Problem framing

Week 2 · written submission

02
Validation

Week 4 · real evidence from real users

03
Prototype

Week 5–6 · demo link or recording

04
Business case

Week 6–7 · numbers, market, motion

05
Final pitch

Demo Day · live, judged on stage

Clarity

Can a stranger understand the problem and your solution in 60 seconds?

Evidence

Real user interviews, data, traction — not opinions or assumptions.

Execution

What you actually shipped this week — code, demos, customer outcomes.

Progress

Movement between checkpoints — are you learning, iterating, advancing?

Why this matters

CVs can't tell anyone who can actually build with AI. Builder Score can. After the bootcamp, your full score breakdown is yours to keep — and shared with our title sponsor for hiring and partnership conversations.

Prizes & perks

What you're playing for.

Cash, credits, incubation, and an ecosystem that opens doors well after Demo Day.

PKR 100,000

Cash prize for the winning team.

Taksh Venture Studio

A chance to get into Taksh — extended mentorship, build support, and a path from MVP to real company for top teams.

Media Feature

StartupDotPk podcasts, articles, and social reach.

Industry Award

Special recognition from Hackathon Day partner companies.

Tools & Templates

Frameworks, worksheets, and a participant dashboard you keep after the bootcamp.

Certificate

Certificate of Completion for every participant who finishes strong.

Frequently asked

Questions, answered.

Are applications still open?
No — applications for Season 2 are now closed. The response was beyond anything we expected, in both volume and calibre. The cohort kicks off with Orientation on 1 July 2026. Already applied? Check where you stand on the status page. Keen for Season 3? Follow us at leagueoflaunchers.com.
What's the investment?
The investment is PKR 10,000 per team for the entire 8-week bootcamp. Applications for Season 2 are now closed.
Who can apply to League of Launchers?
League of Launchers is open to students, young professionals, and anyone looking to build something meaningful this summer. If you have an idea and the drive to execute it, you're welcome to apply.
Can I join online?
Yes. The bootcamp is hybrid. Online participants get full access to all sessions, the dashboard, mentor interactions, and the community. You'll sign your T&C digitally at registration.
Can I apply as a solo founder?
Yes. You can apply as an individual or as a team of up to 4 members. However, your team must be finalized before the programme begins.
Does my idea need to incorporate AI?
Yes. All participating teams are required to have an AI component integrated into their product or solution.
Who are the mentors and trainers?
We've onboarded an exceptional lineup of guest experts and mentors — founders and AI leaders from Google, S&P Global, UET Taxila and beyond. Meet our Season 2 guest experts and mentors →
Do I need technical skills to join?
No. You don't need to know AI, code, or anything technical to apply. We start with no-code AI tools (think Bolt, Lovable, v0, Cursor, Claude, ChatGPT, Replit Agents, n8n, Make, Zapier-style stuff) and a vibe-coding workflow that lets you ship working products without writing code yourself. Engineers welcome too — they'll go deeper on the stack. Teams are encouraged to be cross-functional: designers, builders, business minds all belong here.
Is attendance mandatory?
Yes. A minimum of 80% attendance is required throughout the programme. Participants who do not meet this threshold will be removed from the bootcamp. We ask for that commitment upfront — that's what the T&C is for.
What do I submit during the bootcamp?
Each week has a deliverable uploaded to the dashboard — from your problem statement in Week 1 to your final pitch deck in Week 8. These build your complete founder portfolio.
What's the Builder Score?
Five scored checkpoints across the bootcamp — problem framing, validation, prototype, business case, final pitch. Scored on clarity, evidence, execution, and progress. AI-evaluated, mentor-reviewed.
When does the programme run?
The programme runs from July to August 2026 — an intensive 8-week AI Acceleration Bootcamp designed to take your idea from concept to a working MVP. Orientation Day is 1 July 2026. Applications are now closed. Demo Day lands in August 2026.
